This notice explains cookies, local storage and similar technologies used by the attnd.io website and web app. It does not cover the native iOS or Android app, which stores preferences in the device's app storage, or third-party sites you open from attnd.io.

We use browser local storage for: • your sign-in token, so you stay signed in; • your selected interface language and theme; • your active area (customer, owner or operator) and list/grid view preference; • short-lived recovery state needed by the app. These are required for the service to work and are not used for advertising. Clearing site data signs you out and resets preferences. A paired entrance terminal or call display stores a separate access credential. On the web this normally uses session storage for that tab. Downloadable fullscreen launchers keep it in local storage in their dedicated browser profile, separately for each queue and device purpose, so the approved connection survives a restart. Device printing preferences are stored alongside it. Native devices use app storage. It is necessary to keep the approved device connected and is separate from your personal sign-in.

The optional support chat is provided by Crisp. On the web, it loads only after you choose Allow support chat in Cookie settings. Choosing Only necessary keeps it disabled. Crisp may set cookies or local storage to keep the conversation, remember the session and prevent abuse. You can change your choice using Cookie settings in the page footer. Withdrawing permission hides the chat and reloads the page to stop its running code. Previously stored Crisp data may remain until you clear it in your browser; withdrawal does not delete conversations already held by Crisp. Crisp's own privacy and cookie terms apply. Do not send passwords, card numbers, recovery codes or other secrets in chat.

When you start a paid subscription, you are redirected to Ameria Bank's hosted payment page. Ameria may set its own cookies to secure the payment session and prevent fraud. Those cookies are controlled by Ameria and are governed by its terms. attnd.io does not receive or store your card number or security code.

attnd.io does not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels or third-party analytics cookies. Product metrics are computed from our own database and do not rely on tracking you across other websites.

Use Cookie settings in the page footer to allow optional support chat or choose Only necessary. Necessary storage stays enabled. Your choice is saved in this browser; clearing site data or an updated cookie notice may ask you again. You can also clear or block cookies and site data in your browser settings. Blocking necessary storage may prevent sign-in or other features from working. To end a payment session, return to attnd.io or close the payment page.
