You may register if you are at least 16 and legally able to enter into a contract. You must provide a valid email address you control and accurate account details. One account is for one person or one organization; do not create accounts to evade limits, suspensions or discount rules.
2. Account types
Customer account: browse organizations and events, book a service, join a queue, RSVP, manage your bookings and optionally subscribe to a Personal plan.
Business owner account: an account with an organization, queues/events, team and analytics tools, and optionally a Business plan. The organization is created automatically when the owner role is activated.
Operator account: an invited team member who serves queues and manages tickets for an organization. Operators do not own the organization.
Monitor account: a turnstile/entrance-console account created by an owner for check-in or printing. Its password is shown once and emailed to the owner; it is not stored in plain text.
Reviewer and administrator accounts are internal and are not available through public registration.
3. Accurate information
Use your real name or the legal name of your organization. Do not impersonate another person, business or venue. Organization names, categories, addresses, contact details, descriptions, prices and event details must be accurate and kept current.
We may ask for evidence of identity, authority or business details during review. False or misleading information can lead to rejection, suspension or deletion.
4. One account, one organization
An account can hold one organization. Creating multiple organizations under one account is not supported; contact support if your structure genuinely requires more than one. Organizations cannot be transferred to another account self-service.
5. Business verification and publishing
A new organization starts as a draft. To make its queues and events publicly discoverable, the owner submits it for review with the required organization details and at least one queue. Reviewers may confirm, reject or ask for changes.
Public discovery is a privilege, not an automatic right. We may remove a listing that is misleading, unlawful, inactive or harmful. Review decisions do not create a partnership, endorsement or guarantee of quality.
6. Credentials and session security
Choose a password of at least six characters (longer is strongly recommended) and do not reuse it. Keep monitor and operator credentials confidential. Sign out on shared devices. You are responsible for activity performed with your credentials until you tell us they are compromised.
Password reset links are single-use and expire after 60 minutes. Changing or resetting a password invalidates other API sessions; another device is asked to sign in again the next time it starts. Never send a password, recovery link or check-in code to anyone, including someone claiming to be support.
7. Consent, policies and versions
Registration requires you to accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We record the document versions, the time and a one-way hash of your email. If the policies change materially, we may ask you to accept the new version before continuing to use paid or business features.
You can withdraw consent by deleting your account. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal, or data we must keep by law.
8. Region and regional pricing
You may set a country and city for discovery, maps and recommendations. A paid checkout requires a confirmed region. Your region, together with the card issuer country reported by the payment provider, determines the regional subscription price.
A region is not a billing address and does not verify your identity. You can change it in the app or at checkout. A paid period already bought keeps the price and country snapshot it was bought with.
9. Operational and marketing messages
We send operational messages needed for the service: account security, booking and RSVP confirmations, reminders, cancellations, waitlist promotions, invitations and monitor credentials. These are part of the service and cannot be switched off while you keep the relevant booking or account.
Creating an account does not opt you into marketing. If we offer marketing messages, they will require a separate opt-in and can be withdrawn at any time.
10. Suspension, deletion and contact
You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Account security. Owners should export any data they need first: deleting an owner account also deletes the organization and its queues and events.
We may suspend or delete an account for a material breach, fraud, legal requirement or serious risk to other users or the service. Where reasonable, we will explain the reason.
