attnd.io offers free plans and optional paid Personal and Business plans. A paid plan gives the features listed on the subscription screen for a prepaid period of 30 days from a successful payment. The plan name, price and included features are shown before you pay. Business also includes attendance outcomes and the registration funnel, post-event feedback, next-event email invitations to opted-in guests, signed webhooks and website embeds. A free plan remains available. Paid features stop when the paid period ends unless you start a new purchase.

Catalog prices are listed in US dollars. The price you see may be adjusted for your region using country groups maintained by the operator. Checkout uses your confirmed country of use and, once a card has been verified, the issuer country reported by the payment provider. If the two countries differ, the payment may be refused or reviewed. Regional pricing is a product policy, not an exchange-rate service. Your bank may add a conversion or foreign-transaction fee. We do not use your interface language or an unconfirmed IP suggestion to set a paid price.

We may offer discount codes from time to time. Unless the code's own terms say otherwise: • only one code can be used per purchase and codes cannot be combined; • a code may be limited to a plan, product, country, time window, total number of uses or number of uses per account; • a first-purchase code requires that you have not completed a purchase of that product before; • a code has no cash value, cannot be exchanged and is not retroactive; • we may correct, withdraw or refuse a code that is misused, duplicated or obtained fraudulently. A discount reduces the amount collected for the current purchase. It does not change the list price or create an ongoing entitlement.

We may change catalog prices, regional groups, country assignments, fixed country prices and promotional offers at any time. A change applies to future purchases, not to a paid period you already bought. If a price changes while a checkout is open, the payment may be refused and you will be asked to review the new price. The checkout always shows the amount that will be collected before you approve it.

For card payments we use a two-step flow. We may place a temporary authorization hold up to the larger of the catalog price and the regional list price. After the payment provider confirms the card and country checks, the final price after discount is captured. If the purchase fails, is cancelled or cannot be confirmed, we cancel or release the hold. Your bank controls how quickly a released hold disappears from your statement.

Paid plans do not renew automatically. A plan ends at the end of its paid period unless you start a new checkout. We do not store a card for future charges, and we do not charge you again without a new authorization.

You can switch to a free plan from the subscription screen at any time. A downgrade takes effect immediately and unused paid time is not refunded. You can also simply let the paid period expire; the account then falls back to the free plan. Upgrading to a different paid plan starts a new purchase. Only one paid plan per product kind (Personal or Business) can be active at a time.

Paid periods are prepaid and non-refundable except where required by law or for a verified duplicate or unauthorized charge. Deleting an account, downgrading, changing region or not using the service does not create a refund right. If you believe a charge is wrong, contact [email protected] promptly with the order identifier. We will investigate with the payment provider and, if the charge is confirmed as an error, refund it to the original payment method.

We may grant promotional access to a paid plan, for example a delayed welcome gift. Promotional access has no cash value, does not create a paid subscription or renewal obligation, and ends automatically at the stated time. We may change or end a promotion for future participants. A gift already granted runs until its stated expiry unless the account is deleted or the promotion is replaced by a paid purchase.

If a payment is declined, reversed, refunded by the provider or cannot be verified, we do not activate the paid period. You can try again or contact support. Repeated failed or disputed payments may lead to a payment review. Prices exclude taxes unless the checkout says otherwise. You are responsible for taxes that apply to your purchase, except taxes we are legally required to collect.

Business plans may display a commission rate and a flat fee per ticket. attnd.io does not currently process ticket payments: paid queues are paid to the organizer at the venue, so those rates are not collected through the platform today.
