Terms of Service
The agreement between you and attnd.io for accounts, bookings, events, subscriptions, acceptable use and liability.
Effective November 4, 2026
Operator
attnd.io Governing law: the Republic of Armenia
1. Acceptance
These Terms of Service are a binding agreement between you and attnd.io for the attnd.io app, website and related services. By creating an account, using the service or completing a paid subscription, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Registration Policy and, for paid plans, the Subscription & Pricing Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use attnd.io for a business or organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Eligibility and capacity
You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. If the law where you live requires a higher age or a guardian's consent, you may use attnd.io only with that consent. We may refuse, suspend or withdraw access where we cannot lawfully provide the service, where required by law, or where an account creates a security, fraud or abuse risk.
3. Accounts and registration
You must provide accurate registration information, keep it current, and use only an account you are authorized to use. One person or organization may not maintain multiple accounts to evade limits, bans or discount restrictions. You are responsible for your password and for activity under your account. Do not share credentials. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Monitor and operator credentials issued for an entrance console must be protected and rotated if compromised. The Registration Policy explains account types, business review, consent records and deletion in more detail.
4. Organizations, queues and events
Business owners may create an organization, queues, services, events, opening hours, locations, capacity, booking rules and public content. You are responsible for the legality, accuracy and completeness of that content, for the services you offer, for any licence or permit, and for honouring bookings you accept. Organizations are reviewed before their listings become publicly discoverable. We may request changes, reject a listing, or remove content that is misleading, unlawful or harmful. You must not use attendee data for purposes the attendee did not expect, and you must provide your own privacy notice where the law requires one.
5. Bookings, RSVPs and the organizer relationship
A booking or RSVP creates a relationship between you and the organizer, not with attnd.io. The organizer is responsible for the service, venue, schedule, capacity, cancellation, admission, safety and any refund for the booking. We provide the technical tools to publish availability, record a booking or RSVP, issue a confirmation, send reminders and check people in. We do not guarantee that an organizer will honour a booking, that an event will take place, or that a queue will run on time. If an organizer cancels a date or changes a location, we may send you a notice using the contact details you provided.
6. Paid queues and venue payments
An organizer may mark a queue or service as paid and show a ticket price. That price is set and collected by the organizer at the venue. attnd.io does not process ticket payments, does not hold ticket funds, and is not responsible for a ticket refund, chargeback or payment dispute between you and the organizer. Any amount shown in the app for a paid queue is informational. Pay the organizer using the method they provide at the venue and ask them for a receipt.
7. Subscriptions, prices and discounts
Paid Personal and Business plans are optional. The price shown at checkout is the amount collected for the billing period. Prices are in US dollars unless the checkout says otherwise. A billing period is 30 days from a successful payment. Regional prices are based on your confirmed country of use and, for card payments, the issuer country reported by the payment provider. If those countries differ, the payment may be refused or reviewed. Your bank may apply its own conversion or foreign-transaction fee. We may change catalog prices, regional coefficients, country assignments and promotional prices at any time for future purchases. A paid period you already bought is not repriced. If the price changes while a checkout is open, the payment may be refused so you can review the new amount. Discount codes are optional offers. Unless the code says otherwise: one code per purchase, no combination with another code, valid only for the stated plan, product, country and time window, subject to total and per-account limits, no cash value, and not retroactive. A first-purchase-only code requires that you have not completed a purchase of that product before. We may correct, withdraw or refuse a code that is misused.
8. Billing, authorization and refunds
For card payments we may place a temporary hold up to the larger of the catalog price and the regional list price. The final captured amount is the price shown after any discount. If the purchase does not complete, we cancel or release the hold, but your bank may take time to show the release. Paid periods are prepaid. Except where required by law or for a verified duplicate or unauthorized charge, payments are non-refundable, including unused time after a downgrade or account deletion. If you believe you were charged in error, contact [email protected] promptly with the order details; we will investigate and, if the charge is confirmed as an error, refund it. You are responsible for any taxes that apply unless the checkout states otherwise. We may suspend paid features while a payment is pending, failed or under review.
9. Acceptable use
You must not: break the law; commit fraud; impersonate another person or organization; scrape, crawl or overload the service; probe, bypass or defeat security or rate limits; reverse engineer the service except where the law allows it; upload malware; send spam; publish hateful, harassing, infringing or deceptive content; collect attendee data for unrelated marketing; or resell the service without written permission. We may remove content, limit features or suspend an account that creates a security, legal, fraud or abuse risk.
10. Your content and intellectual property
You keep ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, translate and distribute that content only as needed to operate, secure, support and promote the service. You confirm that you have the rights needed to grant this licence. The attnd.io name, logo, software, design and documentation belong to us or our licensors. You may not use our marks without written permission.
11. Availability, changes and third-party services
We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, network problems, payment-provider outages, email delivery and app-store rules can affect availability. The service relies on third parties such as Supabase, Ameria, Resend, Crisp, AI providers, map providers and Expo. Their terms and availability may affect the service. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and are governed by those third parties' terms.
12. Suspension, termination and deletion
You may stop using the service at any time and delete your account in Settings → Account security. Deletion is immediate for the account and its content, subject to the retention described in the Privacy Policy and Account deletion policy. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, fraud, non-payment, legal requirement or serious risk to other users or the service. Where reasonable, we will explain the reason and give you a chance to respond.
13. Disclaimers, liability, governing law and contact
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available". We are not responsible for an organizer's acts or omissions, the quality or safety of a service or event, a venue payment, or a cancellation by an organizer. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profit, goodwill or data, to the extent the law allows us to exclude it. Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or the minimum amount required by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or your mandatory consumer rights. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, and its courts have jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory protections available where you live. Contact: [email protected].
