how-it-works

How attnd.io works
Let visitors book a time or register for an event. Your team works from its own devices. Start without a separate terminal, display or printer.
Visitors choose a service and time. You assign the people who provide each service, open bookings, then check in and serve visitors.
Organizer: configure the process
Use your account on a computer, tablet or phone to set dates or opening hours, manage staff and review results. One person can organize and work as an operator.
Visitor: book or register
Share the public link or page QR. Visitors open it on their own phone or computer. The page QR opens registration; each guest pass is a different, personal QR.
Staff: serve visitors or check passes
Assigned staff sign in with their own accounts on a computer, tablet or phone. The operator workspace shows the assigned booking or event. A tablet works without a printer.
Entrance terminal: optional shared device
Connect a dedicated tablet or computer for code verification, QR scanning where enabled, and supported walk-in registration. It receives restricted access, not the organizer account. Keep it attended or secure its operating system for unattended use.
Call display: optional screen for the waiting area
For appointments, show ticket numbers and statuses on a computer or a screen connected to one. This is a viewing screen, not an entrance terminal. A plain monitor needs a connected computer; smart-TV browsers require compatibility testing.
A separate terminal, display and printer are optional. Start with a visitor link and a staff device. Internet access is required.
